Laughter is good for your wellbeing and can make lighter work of otherwise challenging situations.
To enjoy the benefits of laughter, you need to create an environment around you that generates more humour and laughter. This is all about having a positive attitude that increases the likelihood of spontaneous laughter. Firstly, how many times a day do you laugh out loud?
